Our Sunday Self care meditation sessions offer a different style of meditation each week with a Maori sound healing or Reiki group healing.
These sessions are fun and relaxed, focusing on nourishing your soul and finding a space of calm and serenity in your being. You will leave with a new meditation or mindfulness practice to match your feeling of tranquillity and grace.
These are available by appointment and can be completed in person or by distance. Cindi will tune into the land or space and use healing practices to facilitate shifting any negative or stuck /stagnant energies.
Insights received will be shared and you will be guided in supporting practices for further integration, grounding and settling of your land and space. You will feel safe and supported in your space following these sessions.
A women’s circle is an intimate gathering where we learn new ways of speaking, listening & relating to each other. It is a place where we discover and integrate new blueprints that serve the women we are becoming. As each woman claims her seat in the circle, we come together as equals united by our common purpose. Soul Circles are a unique opportunity for personal & community-cantered transformation.
We create a safe, authentic and supporting evening of inspired thought & meaningful connection. This is a wonderful way to connect deeper and take pause.
Tailored circles are available strictly by appointment for a maximum of 10 participants. We can create a carefully tailored sacred Soul Circle to support your souls calling. These sacred circles will be individually tailored on application to support areas of life, which call for deeper connection with the women you hold most dear.

Birthing circle: offering a soulful circle to connect with expectant mother and nourish her on her birthing journey. An opportunity of showering the mother to be in loving radiance and light as part of preparation for her birthing.
Life cycle celebration Soul Circle: a deeper way to connect with your loved one on their day of birth. A deeply nourishing experience focusing on celebration and the uplifting of the birthday being and each other
Team connect Soul Circle: do you have a team of women who want to delve deeper into their passion and purpose. An opportunity to create individual and team – empowering energy and enriching self/team connection.
This is bodywork which may move from the gentle exchanges between bodyworker and client during Mirimiri (a gentle tuning in and intuitive scanning) to deep tissue bodywork releases of Romiromi, which releases stuck tissue, psychological blocks as well as emotions.
The work is deep and penetrating with the ability to reach areas of the mind and body, which may have been bound and hidden for years.
Our aim is to promote this wonderful way of working to help people release and let go of deep seeded and unnecessarily negative patterns, which have found their way into their bodies. The work enables healing to take place so that people need not return to self-destructive ways.
